Ecopol is hiring for the IT Network Support position in Griffin, GA. The IT Network Support position ensures that all members of the organization know how to use technology in a responsible mode, functional to the company's production and business objectives.

Position

The IT Network Support is the professional figure in the Information Technology field who plans, manages and controls the correct functioning of the corporate Information Communication Tech (ICT) services and infrastructures, specifically helping to define the corporate ICT strategy in collaboration with the Italian office. Guarantees that the company has the ICT facilities and services it needs and that improvements and new implementations comply with company standards. The IT Network Support defines the times and costs of the projects and identifies the inefficiencies of the systems currently in use in the company, providing timely solutions proposals.


· Defines the business strategy to be pursued from an economic and technical point of view, monitor the progress of ICT projects, supervise the systems and infrastructures within its competence by subjecting them to periodic tests.

· Monitoring system performance and ensure system reliability by defining metrics to evaluate system performance by designing related reports on systems and services.

· Maximize network performance, resolve network issues and outages by scheduling updates.

· Solves diagnostic problems and hardware, software and other network and system problems, also providing anti-virus protection for e-mail applications and cyber security.

· Manages the budget allocated by the company for the infrastructures under their responsibility.

· Check that the ICT systems and infrastructures comply with the rules and standards imposed by the company or by other external bodies.

· Ensures that his colleagues actively cooperate with him and with each other to improve ICT systems and infrastructures.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

· 4+ years of experience, preferably in the industrial manufacturing sector

· High knowledge in hardware / systems and networking. (must have)

· Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving
