The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Position

Responsibilities

- Deep knowledge of the use of the product and its installations.

- In-depth knowledge of the products involved in intrinsic safety and functional safety applications.

- In-depth knowledge of safety systems (PLC / DCS) and of the dynamics relating to the applications of the process industry, for the development of possible technical solutions to be proposed to the customer.

- With the R&D Manager for the resolution of problems related to the standard and non-standard use of products and exchange of technical information on applications and customer requests for the development of new products.

- With the Sales Managers to interface directly with the customer to show the technical characteristics of the products through personalized presentations or webinars.

- With the Marketing Manager for the drafting of Case History or Application Notes useful as publications for the website.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' of technical support experience
  • Bachelor or diploma in automation/electrical/electronic/machtronic
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
