Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR) We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the
following.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The processing to which the personal
data provided by you will be subjected has the following purposes:
A. evaluation of the Candidate for
a possible employment in employment relationship employee or assimilated to the
employee;
B. retention of data for a possible
future employment also not in an employee employment relationship (ES.: project
contracts, etc.)
C. verification of the accuracy of
the data provided by you, including through the use of external companies;
D. fulfilment of specific
obligations aimed at the possible establishment of the employment relationship
(eg: recruitment protected categories).
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of your data is lawful on
the basis of article 6 paragraph 1, letter B) of the GDPR as necessary for the
execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.
The processing of any particular data is
lawful on the basis of the provisions of Article 9, paragraph 2, letter B) of
the GDPR: the processing is necessary to fulfil obligations and exercise the
specific rights of the data controller or the data subject in matters of labour
law.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO PARTIES
OTHER THAN THE DATA CONTROLLER
The personal data you provide may be
used to:
- Data processors under the
authority of the Data Controller;
- Data processors designated by the
Data Controller.
Any designated Data Processors will be
bound to the confidentiality and security of data through a contract, and the
updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data
Controller.
DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The data will be processed exclusively
within the European Union.
TIME LIMITS FOR DATA RETENTION
The data provided will be kept for the
time necessary for the evaluation of the application and management of the
personnel selection process, and in any case not more than one year.
RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR DATA
You may access your personal data by
requesting the rectification, cancellation, opposition or restriction of
processing, in the manner and terms provided for by art. 15 and following of
the GDPR.
To assert your rights, you can contact
the Data Controller, contactable through the contact details indicated above,
identifying and specifying the nature of the request or problem highlighted.
The exercise of certain rights cited,
could limit "G.M. International S.r.l." in the processing of the
requested data that are essential for the management of the relationship, with
consequent impossibility to any assumption.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If you believe that the processing of
the data provided violates the legislation on the protection of personal data,
