Position

The Assembly Operator would be involved in the repair department's growth project. Main duties are related to repair electro spindle and other mechanical part.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean work environment and good order of the working area
  • Perform the preventive maintenance of the machines
  • Follow safety rules and regulations
  • Follow every step of the repair process:-Failure analysis – Diagnose defect,- Disassemble and clean,- Component inspection
  • Prepare price quote
  • Part replacement & reconditioning
  • Balance shafts, prep components for assembly, install motor rotors & stators.
  • Mechanically and electrically test and certify spindles are built and performing to known mechanical and electrical specification, and to industry standards.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Working with caliper/micrometer: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Assembly/maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Good dexterity
  • Ability to read the technical drawing and the metric scale/ Blueprint reading

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


Work Location:

  • In person/On-site at Wood Dale

Other information

Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly


Schedule: Monday to Friday


Shift Time : 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
