Position

As Meisystem India continues growing its business in all India, committed and highly motivated Service Technicians are needed to perform installations, maintenance, trainings and technical support to our big customer. Reporting directly to the Technical Supervisor, the ideal candidate should derive providing solutions to problems while ensuring a high level of overall customer service and satisfaction.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 80% of the time at our key customer site to perform machine installation, preventive maintenance and technical assistances.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer/equipment issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support users providing necessary technical advice, provide information on machine component replacement.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • 20% of the time travelling to others customers sites in entire India.
  • Attend an initial technical training in our HQ in Italy.

Requirements


Availability to work 6 days a week: from Tuesday to Sunday (including Saturday and Sunday - Monday day off)

Other information

Skills:

  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering field: 3-4 years; preferable Automation, Automotive
  • Knowledge of modern CNC machinery principles is highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic and pneumatic components
  • Use of hansd tools and measuring tools
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • Good level of english

Education:

  • Technical school diploma

- revoke at any time the consent to the data processing for the purposes for which the data were collected (the revocation of the consent shall not prejudice the lawfulness of the data processing based on the previous acceptance of this policy);

- receive your personal data and request their transmission to another data controller, if technically feasible;

- submit a complaint to the Privacy Authority for the data protection in case you consider violated your right in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Authority’s website.

8. If you want to exercise one of the above-listed rights, please contact our company and ask for the Human Resources Dept. for this purpose; we may need to ask you specific information in order to help us to confirm your identity and to grant you the right of access to the information (or to execute one of the other rights). It is a security measure suitable to grant that the personal data shall not be divulgated to not authorized people;
