Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, build relationships with customers, and create innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, supporting the Sales Director and the Sales Area Managers.

Duties And Responsibilities:

-Collect and process data relating to customers, identifying those with the highest potential (Key Accounts) and segmenting them to define the sales network priorities.

-Supporting the Sales Director in analyzing the Sales Strategy (roles, activities, territorial/customer assignments) by identifying gaps and inefficiencies to promote the sales process improvement.

-Support the Market and the Sales Director in communicating organizational changes effectively.

-Support the Sales Director and Sales Area Managers in the Dealer Management Strategy definition and formalization (e.g.: Dealer contracts).

-Support the Marketing by organizing effective Marketing Activities in the Region.

-Manage the Customer relationship management (CRM) in the following activities:

  • Ensuring first-level assistance to the sales network, interfacing with the Italian HQ Marketing Team or with the IT Department in taking charge of the problem and verifying the solution.
  • Plan and deliver training courses related to the tool to facilitate its adoption.
  • Collect improvement requirements expressed by users.
  • Support the Sales Director in creating and implementing commercial effectiveness and efficiency indicators “KPIs” that make it possible to monitor the results achieved and/or implement corrective actions.

-Supporting the NA Sales Team on Commercial Back-office Activities:

  • From lead generation to quotes
  • Optimization of sales order management.
  • Follow-up on the Purchase Order Machine to the Italian headquarters.
  • Follow-up on the machine’s delivery accuracy.
  • Contact person for deliveries and monitoring of the pipeline of orders.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Associate Degree.

Experience:

  • Min 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Industrial sector experience nice to have

Microsoft excel, power point
