Position

Mansioni e responsabilità

La risorsa sarà inserita nel Dipartimento di Customer Service dell'Azienda riportando direttamente al Technical Manager.


Le principali mansioni saranno:

  • Installazione e start-up delle macchine presso le sedi dei Clienti dislocati in Europa;
  • Customer Training rispetto alle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto, alle sue funzionalità e utilizzo;
  • Supporto/Assistenza tecnica On-site e da remoto nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti.
  • Supporto tecnico e operativo al reparto di Testing/Collaudo.

Requirements

  • Conoscenza disegno meccanico
  • Uso strumenti di controllo manuali (altimetro, calibro, comparatore)
  • Uso PC, Office/Outlook
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel mondo delle Macchine CNC
  • Disponibilità a trasferte Italia/Europa per almeno il 50% dell'attività lavorativa (dal lunedì al venerdì).
  • Lingua inglese

Istruzione

Diploma di Istituto tecnico meccanico/meccatronico
