Ecopol è stata fondata nel 2009 nel cuore della Toscana (Italia) con l'idea di aiutare le persone a salvaguardare il paesaggio unico che ci circonda e, in definitiva, il nostro meraviglioso pianeta.

I nostri prodotti sono utilizzati in molte applicazioni diverse; dall'imballaggio di detergenti per la casa a quello di prodotti chimici per l'agricoltura, passando per il trattamento di piscine e SPA a molte altre applicazioni, la nostra idea è sempre stata la stessa: fornire al consumatore un prodotto facile da usare, sicuro ed ecologico.

Nel 2020 è stata completata la costruzione dei nuovi impianti - Plant 1 e Plant 2 - che consente ad Ecopol di aver la più alta capacità di produzione di film PVA in Europa.

Ad ottobre 2022 è stata ultimata la costruzione del Plant 3 che andrà ad arricchire le capacità produttive di PVA di Ecopol, utilizzando tecnologie avanzate, consolidando la sua posizione di assoluto rilievo nel mercato Europeo.

Il percorso di crescita e di investimento nella ricerca non si ferma e trova conferma con il completamento della costruzione del nuovo stabilimento produttivo oltre oceano in USA in Georgia.

Position

Il Process Engineer, avrà lo scopo di supportare il Manager nell’ ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi e nell’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti/miglioramento degli esistenti seguendo le istruzioni/piani di lavoro fornitegli e proponendo soluzioni.

Dovrà identificare ed implementare migliorie di processo per ridurre costi, minimizzare gli scarti ed incrementare l’efficienza; collaborare attivamente con I team cross-funzionali per assicurare una integrazione di tecnologie e processi.

Monitorare ed analizzare dati di processo identificando trend e proponendo soluzioni per un miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi e studiare le performance dei processi produttivi ed effettuare analisi statistiche per indirizzare le decisioni e raggiungere l’eccellenza produttiva.



Requirements

Titolo di studio:

  • Laurea in ingegneria (preferibilmente Chimica, dei materiali , meccanica)

Competenze tecniche:

  • Lingua Inglese B2
  • Conoscenza dei processi di estrusione e tecnologia cast sono un plus
  • Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dei dati e KPI di processo
  • Conoscenza in ambito SSL e Lean manufacturing
  • Gradita esperienza in aziende manifatturiere strutturate preferibilmente che lavorano a ciclo continuo 7/7 - 24/24

The above information about the users will be deleted, but logs and other user demographic and statistical information could be kept, maintaining an archived copy of these information anonymously.

If the personal information of the users have been consulted by other individuals/ organizations before the revisions and deletions, ECOPOL S.p.A. can not perform the deletion of previous information on their systems.i.
