WHO WE ARE

Ecopol was founded in 2009 in the heart of Tuscany (Italy) with the idea of ​​helping people to safeguard the unique landscape that surrounds us and, ultimately, our wonderful planet.


Our products are used in many different applications; from the packaging of household cleaners to that of agricultural chemicals, passing through the treatment of swimming pools and spas to many other applications, our idea has always been the same: to provide the consumer with an easy-to-use, safe product and ecological.

In 2020 the construction of the new plants - Plant 1 and Plant 2 - was completed, which allows Ecopol to have the highest production capacity of PVA films in Europe.


By October 2022, the construction of Plant 3 will be completed, which will enrich Ecopol's PVA production capacities, using advanced technologies. and consolidating its position of absolute importance in the European market.


The path of growth and investment in research does not stop and will be confirmed in April 2023 with the completion of the construction of the new overseas production plant in the USA in Georgia.

THE RECRUITING PROCESS


In ECOPOL we believe that each of us has something unique to offer.


It is for this reason that we have implemented a structured recruiting process that is able to support both us in identifying the right resources and you in finding the job that suits you best.

If the interest is mutual, the next step will be to continue with the deepening of our knowledge through an interview that could be by telephone or in presence at our USA plant in Griffin, Georgia.


We also want to point out that for some positions you may be asked to take an assessment test of your cognitive skills, your technical skills and your behaviors. The test will be followed by further moments of discussion, including an interview with your potential manager for feedback.


The selection process, depending on the complexity of the professional profile sought, could also develop for further interviews in any case not exceeding three, before reaching the final phase and therefore inclusion in the staff.
