Ecopol America is searching for a Shipping Lead for our Griffin, GA facility. This position requires an individual who is safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner.

• Reports to Plant Manager
• Employee interaction.
• Ensure accuracy of orders.
• Liaison between pickers/packers to supervisor.
• Oversees and coordinate activities of assigned workers.
• Handle shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Trains new shipping employees
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Oversee work of others to ensure orders are received, pulled, and processed correctly.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping experience required, at least 3 years
• Previous supervisory experience required, at least 2 years
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
• Ability to work in fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced production environment
• Ability to be attentive to detail/ time management
• Forklift experience
