Mansioni e responsabilità


  • Emettere la richiesta di offerta ai fornitori per nuovi prodotti

  • Verificare le consegne dei fornitori e relativo sollecito con riferimento agli eventuali ritardi

  • Gestire i ritardi dei fornitori non critici sulla base delle linee guida del dipartimento acquisti

  • Emettere gli ordini fornitori relativi ai servizi

  • Emettere gli ordini fornitori relativi agli ordini di produzione (materiali)

  • Gestire i resi e le riparazioni degli articoli acquistati relazionandosi internamente ed esternamente con i fornitori

  • Gestire le anomalie delle conferme d’ordine non critiche, analizzandone le differenze, e relazionandosi internamente ed esternamente

con i fornitori secondo le linee guida del dipartimento acquisti


Requirements

Competenze tecniche:


  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel al fine di verificare le consegne dei fornitori e relativo sollecito con riferimento

a eventuali ritardi


  • Buona conoscenza della lingue Inglese per emettere la richiesta di offerta ai fornitori per nuovi prodotti

  • Tecniche di negoziazione per gestire i ritardi dei fornitori non critici sulla base delle linee guida del dipartimento acquisti, gestire i resi

e le riparazioni degli articoli acquistati relazionandosi internamente ed esternamente con i fornitori gestire le anomalie delle conferme

d’ordine non critiche, analizzandone le differenze, e relazionandosi internamente ed esternamente con i fornitori secondo le linee guida

del dipartimento acquisti.

Purposes and legal base of the processing: your data will be processed for the following purposes necessary to comply with contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

c. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom

or which the data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort

compared to the right that is to be protected;

d. the portability of the data.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
