The Machine Operator will be part of the growing Repair Business Unit, in the cutting tools re-sharpening area, and will have the goal to guarantee the service level, quality and lead time for all the North America’s customers.

General Functions

- Setup and operate CNC machinery related to the tools re-sharpening

- Manage the complete re-sharpening process:

  • Clean the tools before start to re-sharpening
  • Quality control before start the process – 3D control machine
  • Download program and machine setup –CNC laser machine
  • Quality control after the re-sharpening – 3D control machine
  • Mark the tools – laser marker
  • Labelling the tools

- Reports to:

  • MEI US Operations director

- Guarantee the LT for the re-sharpening

- Guarantee the quality of the re-sharpening


- A minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machines

- A minimum 2 years experience operating on quality control machines

- Good mechanical / hands on abilities

- Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring devices

- Ability to program is a plus/AutoCAD

- Being able to travel to the HQ in Italy for possible training

- receive your personal data and request their transmission to another data controller, if technically feasible;

- submit a complaint to the Privacy Authority for the data protection in case you consider violated your right in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Authority’s website.

8. If you want to exercise one of the above-listed rights, please contact our company and ask for the Human Resources Dept. for this purpose; we may need to ask you specific information in order to help us to confirm your identity and to grant you the right of access to the information (or to execute one of the other rights). It is a security measure suitable to grant that the personal data shall not be divulgated to not authorized people;
